Skin keeps changing to Steve

I’ve had the same custom skin for months now and up until now I’m having trouble with it. Every time I hop on life boat server it changes to Steve. I tried even using a lifeboat / Minecraft skin and it won’t let me either. if I leave lifeboat and go on a different server my custom skin has no problem working on the other servers.

Accepted Types: PNG, JPG, MP4, MOV, OGG, WEBM
