Since this is Skyblock, there are no pillagers (much less the evokers who would appear during raids and can summon ravagers), and yet ravagers can spawn seemingly anywhere. (See the screenshot for one example of the creatures spawning on top of one block of sand. In another example, a ravager spawned with half of his body and lava, already on fire.) I suspect that this is just a case of a table of "enemies who are allowed to spawn" needing to be updated in the mob plugin. Confirmed on Xbox Series X and the current Android client.
