Description
On Christmas Eve I bought the prison pass for lifeboat (which happened to be while the server was down). It still says I have it in the marketplace and I made sure I bought the one made by lifeboat and not a different server. But when I go to play now I'm allowed 20 minutes before it says that I need the prison pass to play. I have tried reloading my game, as well as following suggestions from other players including; waiting for a few minutes and then try again, keep trying to get in, trying to buy it again. Sadly non of these methods worked and it's continuing to say I don't own the pass.
