Ender Backpack Issues

Issues:
1.) Playing on SM in server 87. The game was lagging so I selected "Save and quit". When I returned a minute later all of my items were gone, including my Ender Backpack. This happened within 3 hours of purchasing the item. When I go to the market place it does not give me the option to purchase again. But after multiple restarts, the Ender Backpack has not returned to my characters inventory.

2.) As stated in another ticket for the Ender Backpack, when selected in the quick bar, the Ender Backpack occasionally would not open. This happened to me multiple times all within 3 hours of owning it and the issue first occured within 10 minutes of purchase.

Questions:
1.) How do I return the Ender Backpack to my character?

2.) Why does the Ender Backpack not always open when selected in the quick bar?

3.) Why is my entire inventory erased when I "Save and quit" and then return moments later, without a server reset. This issue does not occur every time but why does it happen at all?
