Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter a survival mode server via the lobby NPC. Check that you do not already have a spawn point saved
2. Use /hub to transfer back to the lobby, then /transfer sm<server number that you are testing on>. You will respawn in the same place despite not having a saved spawn
3. Die via any method, you will respawn in a different place
4. Save and quit to the main minecraft menu
5. Enter Lifeboat again
6.Then /transfer<sm number that you are testing on>. Again, you will rejoin the server at the coordinates you quit
7. Die via any method, you will respawn in a different place
In summary, spawn is automatically saved, unless you die without first saving a spawn in the SM book
