So I was digging out an area in my plot to make an underground hotel and was using an iron shovel. Occasionally, while I was digging the dirt blocks, it would drop a different item as a tile, and I would also get the dirt block sent to my inventory. Here's a list of the items dropped:
-6 Oak doors
-6 Oak fences
-Torch
-2 Oak trapdoors
-Light Blue wool
I quickly realized that I had those items in my inventory at one point, because I was building a Minecraft village on my plot. I dug a total of 30 stacks of dirt, and the random drop happened 5 times.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Craft Shovels (17 if stone, 8 if iron, 2 if diamond)
Step 2: Dig dirt blocks until all shovels break.
Step 3: Notice the non-dirt items dropped
